Chairs in the Amphitheater: Each event will have different chair regulations. Please check each event for the details individually. (Most events low back chairs with legs 8" or shorter will allowed)

Accessible/Accessibility ADA Information

It is the full intent of the Ford Idaho Center to meet or exceed the specific standard requirements for people with disabilities. The Ford Idaho Center continues to make improvements to meet and exceed the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards.

Extra wide doors at all access points, including restrooms
Ramp access specifically designed to meet ADA standards
Restrooms properly equipped for people with disabilities
Shuttles meet guests at the bottom of the pedestrian ramp and take them to the Main Gate. Shuttles will also return patrons to the bottom of the pedestrian ramp after the event is over
The Ford Idaho Center has a guest drop-off and pick-up area that is located at Entry #3 (southeast corner of the arena)
Special parking is available at the bottom of the pedestrian ramp and outside the Sports Center.
Accessible Seating

Wheelchair accessible seating is available at all ticket prices. Guests requiring wheelchair accessible and companion seating should notify the ticket seller at the time of purchase. Accessible seating is available at the Ford Idaho Center Ticket Office, by calling (208) 442-3232, and at

ATM’s are located on the main concourse between Entries #1 and #2, and by Entry #4. Depending on the events, there may be additional ATM’s outside for use in the Amphitheater and in the Spots Complex for Track and Equestrian events.

Emergency Services and First Aid

 Please contact our event staff if you or another patron require first aid. EMT’s are on site for the larger events and can be contacted by our event staff.

Beverage and Concession information.

No outside Food or Beverage. Must be 21 and older for alcohol consumption. Coolers Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers are not permitted.

We host several events throughout the year that are family friendly including but not limited to: God and Country Rally, Idaho High School Basketball Tournaments, Snake River Stampede Rodeo, Boys and Girls Club Community Day and Monster Jam.

Fundraising with the Ford Idaho Center

Sodexo, as the provider of food services at the Ford Idaho Center, offers non-profit organizations a way to raise money by working in the concession stands. Reliable non-profit groups are needed to staff concession locations in exchange for a percentage of the net sales. Sodexo and the Ford Idaho Center have contributed over $196,000.00 during the past three years to local schools, churches and civic organizations. The amount of money each organization earns varies by event and number of volunteers required. Volunteers must be 19 years of age to serve alcohol. Any non-profit group interested in raising money through the Ford Idaho Center concession stands please call 208-442-3237.

Who owns the Ford Idaho Center?

Patron Ticket Program

The Patron Ticket Program is available to individuals and businesses that want to have the opportunity to purchase tickets to Ford Idaho Center events before the tickets are available to the general public. This program allows the patron the opportunity for first refusal to purchase tickets to all ticketed events for a ten-year period of time. Each Patron Ticket holder is notified in advance of all ticketed events and is allowed to purchase tickets for their seats before the event goes on sale to the general public. Patron Ticket Program donations are used for major improvements to the Ford Idaho Center. Payment Options accepts Visa and MasterCard. The ICtickets outlets accept Visa, MasterCard and Cash as payment for tickets. During your purchase, you will be required to accept all terms and conditions before completing your transaction. Orders are processed only after the name and billing address of the cardholder has been verified. ICtickets will only mail tickets to the name and billing address of the cardholder. No other names or addresses may be used.

If you encounter an authorization error please do not attempt to authorize your transaction again. Subsequent attempts for credit card authorization may result in your credit card issuer holding funds for pending authorizations. ICtickets is not able to release pending authorizations, only your credit card issuer can do this, according to their individual policies.

Customers must bring the credit card used to purchase their tickets and a valid photo ID. The person picking up the tickets must be the owner of the credit card.

ICtickets will not mail to Post Office Boxes unless the Post Office Box is the confirmed billing address of the credit card holder.

There are No Refunds or Exchanges. All purchases are final once the transaction is complete. No checks are accepted.

All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. ICtickets only ships tickets to the billing address. Duplicate orders that exceed the ticket limit will be cancelled without notice. This includes duplicate orders having the same name, billing address, credit card or any other identifying feature.

Pet Policies

No Pets in the Amphitheater or Arena. However, the Ford Idaho Center does meet the specific standard requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act/Service Animals. If you have further questions, please call our offices at 208-468-1000.


No professional cameras allowed.

Use of video cameras and/or audio recording devices is prohibited in the Idaho Center. Cameras are normally allowed during Idaho High School Athletic Association and Snake River Stampede events.

Official Rules


1.            ELIGIBILITY: The Big Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to entrants who are legal residents of Idaho, 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry.  The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: employees of Global Spectrum, L.P. d/b/a Spectra Venue Management (“Sponsor”) and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries and the advertising and promotion agencies and Prize Providers (as defined below) and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the households, whether or not related, of each of the above.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 

  1. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes will commence on Monday, November 27, 2017 upon posting of the Official Rules and end on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) (the “Entry Period”). To enter, follow the directions provided to complete the online entry form at and submit electronically.  By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form through the entry method set forth above during the Entry Period, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes.  LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY, PER PERSON.  Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void.  Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Sweepstakes.  Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries generated by any other means which subvert the entry process will be void.    Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the entry form to be eligible.  Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void.  No entries will be acknowledged or returned.  Proof of
